It was with great regret that we had to cancel the Sonology Discussion Concert on 25th March 2020, due to the coronavirus measures. Students and staff were looking forward to present their music to their colleagues and friends, and to share it with our wonderful concert audience. Therefore we decided to make some of the pieces that were supposed to be on the programme and some alternatives available online.
Please understand that these works were supposed to be played back over multiple channels. Stereo reductions are a compromise, which the composers were willing to make so that you can at least hear something. You will also miss the wonderful acoustics of the Arnold Schoenbergzaal, and what we will miss mostly is being at this concert together! Let’s hope for the best and see you soon!
